For clients building a Talent Site for a child under the age of 18:

  • The site must be purchased, configured, and maintained by a parent or legal guardian.

  • All communication from Talent Sites will be directed to the adult contact on record.

  • The parent or guardian is fully responsible for all decisions relating to the site’s content, use, and purpose.

Talent Sites does not knowingly allow children under 13 to independently create or manage websites and does not collect personal information directly from minors.

3. Content Guidelines

All content hosted on a child’s Talent Site must meet the following standards:

  • Content must be professional, appropriate, and career-related (e.g., modeling photos, acting reels, résumés, and accolades).

  • All uploaded media must be high-quality, free from watermarks, and must not violate any copyright or trademark laws.

  • Inappropriate content is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

    • Nudity, lingerie, or suggestive posing

    • Violence or graphic imagery

    • Discriminatory, hateful, or illegal material

  • The parent or guardian must ensure that written permissions have been obtained for any third-party likenesses, music, or content.

Talent Sites reserves the right to remove content or suspend site access if it violates these standards or any applicable laws.

4. Domain Registration and Management

Talent Sites offers guidance during the domain name selection process, but:

  • You are responsible for purchasing, renewing, and managing your domain.

  • Talent Sites is not liable for expired or mismanaged domains.

  • We recommend reputable domain registrars (such as Namecheap), but final responsibility lies with the parent or guardian.

5. Service Use and Legal Compliance

Talent Sites may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the platform in ways that:

  • Violate local, state, federal, or international laws

  • Infringe on the rights of others

  • Compromise the safety, privacy, or dignity of the child or other parties

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We take privacy seriously, especially when minors are involved.

  • Personal data collected from parents/guardians is only used to support the site’s functionality.

  • We do not share or sell your data or your child’s data to third parties.

  • All fees (e.g., site packages, hosting, add-ons) must be paid in accordance with your selected plan.

  • Recurring hosting fees are billed on an annual or monthly basis as stated at checkout.

  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or site removal.

9. Termination and Suspension

Talent Sites reserves the right to suspend or terminate a child’s website if:

  • You violate these Terms & Conditions

  • Payment is not made or declined

  • Hosted content is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or unlawful

In such cases, we will provide notice using the email on file and allow for corrective action, unless the situation warrants immediate removal.

10. Modifications to These Terms

Talent Sites may update these terms at any time to reflect changes in laws, technology, or service offerings.
